Description.

These rods for tenugui tapestries are made from domestically sourced solid cypress wood. Simply sandwich the top and bottom of the tenugui between the rods to easily create a beautiful tapestry. 

The cypress wood used for these rods originally came from old Japanese shrines and temples. During renovations and reconstructions due to aging, the wood was repurposed from these historical structures.
