Description Dianthus, also known as "nadeshiko" in Japanese or casually referred to as "fringed pink," has been considered a symbol of Japanese female beauty from the Kamakura period (1185-1333) up to the present day. Nadeshiko, with its delicate and strong stems, has come to represent the beauty of Japanese women who are both graceful and fragile yet possess inner strength. This is why Japanese women are often described as "Yamato Nadeshiko," encapsulating their inner resilience within their elegance and charm.
By simply inserting this rod into the top and bottom of a tenugui, you can easily create a tapestry.

Wash separately from other clothing by hand for the first few washes, as this is a hand-dyed product.
Avoid using bleach or detergent containing bleach.
After washing, allow it to dry completely.
When fraying occurs, trim the loose horizontal threads, leaving about 5mm of the vertical fringe. Repeat this process several times until the fraying stops.
