Description

Daffodils are cherished as a symbol of the arrival of spring. Blooming gracefully even in the lingering cold, they represent hope and renewal and have also been loved in Japan for centuries. Their elegant presence harmonizes beautifully with traditional Japanese designs, and when dyed onto a tenugui, they bring a subtle touch of spring to everyday life.

By simply inserting this rod into the top and bottom of a tenugui, you can easily create a tapestry.

  • approx. L90 cm x W37 cm
  • 100% Cotton
  • Made in Japan
  • Wash separately from other clothing by hand for the first few washes, as this is a hand-dyed product.
  • Avoid using bleach or detergent containing bleach.
  • After washing, allow it to dry completely.
  • When fraying occurs, trim the loose horizontal threads, leaving about 5mm of the vertical fringe. Repeat this process several times until the fraying stops.
