This small moon-viewing decoration, made of washi paper, fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. The set includes two pieces: 15 tiny moon-viewing dumplings, each as small as a bean, and a vase with Japanese silver grass (susuki) and bellflowers (kikyo). Each piece is carefully handcrafted by layering washi paper.
Enjoy the tranquil moon-viewing nights of the Mid-Autumn Festival (Tsukimi) on August 15th of the lunar calendar and the Thirteenth Night on September 13th of the lunar calendar, with the soothing autumn breeze and the sounds of autumn insects.
