If you would like to cancel an order or return an item, please follow the instructions below.
How to Cancel an Order
Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Step 1 – Log in to Your Customer Account
Go to your customer account page and open the order you would like to cancel.
Step 2 – Submit a Cancellation Request
If the order has not yet been shipped, a cancellation option will be available. Submit your cancellation request through your account page.
Step 3 – Receive Confirmation
Once your cancellation request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email and any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method.
How to Return an Order
Did the received items fail to meet your expectations? No worries. If you would like to return an item, please follow the steps below.
Step 1 – Check Your Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days after delivery of the last item in your order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details regarding eligibility, return conditions, and your statutory rights as a consumer.
Step 2 – Request a Return
Log in to your customer account and submit a return request. Please note that items returned without a prior return request cannot be accepted.
Step 3 – Return Your Item
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email from us with further instructions. Once you have paid the indicated return shipping fee, you will be able to download and print a return shipping label. Pack the item securely, attach the label visibly to the package, and drop it off at your nearest post office.
Step 4 – Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method as soon as possible.
