Description

Hime Musubi, Water-Repellent, Camellia (M)

The Hime Musubi series was created in collaboration with Paris-based French designer Adeline Klam, blending traditional Japanese aesthetics with distinctive French-inspired colors.

This water-repellent furoshiki is made from a lightweight, high-density fabric with a durable water-resistant finish. The thin and compact material makes it easy to carry in a small bag while offering excellent protection from moisture. It is perfect for carrying a folded umbrella on rainy days, covering your bag from rain, or storing wet clothes and shoes during travel, sports, or outdoor activities.

Camellia features a modern interpretation of camellia flowers in Adeline Klam’s signature vibrant color palette. The design depicts richly blooming camellias in two different colors arranged gracefully across the fabric. In Japan, camellias have long been regarded as auspicious and sacred flowers that announce the arrival of spring after winter. Associated with meanings such as “perfect beauty” and “humble virtue,” camellias are especially admired as elegant flowers for gifts.
