This tenugui features a luxurious design that combines the peony, a symbol of wealth and happiness popular since ancient times, with classic auspicious motifs including chrysanthemums, plum blossoms, bamboo, and flowing water.

By simply inserting this rod into the top and bottom of a tenugui, you can easily create a tapestry.

Wash separately from other clothing by hand for the first few washes, as this is a hand-dyed product.
Avoid using bleach or detergent containing bleach.
After washing, allow it to dry completely.
When fraying occurs, trim the loose horizontal threads, leaving about 5mm of the vertical fringe. Repeat this process several times until the fraying stops.
