Shipping Time

We typically ship within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed before 3 PM (CET) will usually be shipped on the same day.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from shipping within 2 days, we will promptly contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Delivery Method

Items marked with “Letter box delivery” on the product page will be shipped via standard postal delivery.
Depending on the combination or quantity of items, your order may be upgraded to Parcel Delivery at no extra cost.

We currently ship to all 27 EU member countries.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via PostNL, our trusted logistics partner.
Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with Track & Trace details, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

All prices include VAT, and no customs duties apply for shipments within the European Union.

In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us at info@chidori-japan.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect address information.
