Description

'Teriha' is a poetic term that refers to the beautiful, glistening autumn leaves seen under the clear skies of late autumn. This kaishi (traditional Japanese paper) features a delicate watercolor painting of autumn leaves.
Adding a sheet to serve tea or sweets to guests will bring a touch of elegance to your hospitality.

Kaishi papers are made by folding layered washi paper in half. Historically, they were carried in the chest (futokoro) and used for writing letters or notes. Today, they are commonly used in tea ceremonies to hold sweets, but they also serve various purposes such as wiping spills or wrapping money. Their compact size makes them convenient to carry in your bag.

Size: 14.0 × 17.5 cm
