Description

The name 'Cosmos' is derived from the Greek word 'Kosmos' (Κόσμος), which means 'beauty,' 'order,' and 'decoration.' This term later came to refer to the universe, as the stars are beautifully and orderly arranged. The flower 'Cosmos' was named for the same reason, due to the orderly arrangement of its petals.
The sight of pink and white flowers swaying in the breeze across the fields evokes the transition from summer to autumn and has become a well-established seasonal expression of autumn in Japan.

By simply inserting this rod into the top and bottom of a tenugui, you can easily create a tapestry.
