Description In Japan, Raijin, the god of thunder, is affectionately and respectfully referred to as 'Kaminari-sama.' Many of Japanese were told as children that when thunder roared, 'Raijin, the thunder god, is coming to take your belly button.' This saying stems from the olden days when people knew from experience that the temperature often drops suddenly after thunder. It was a way to make sure children didn't leave their stomachs exposed and catch a cold.

Wash separately from other clothing by hand for the first few washes, as this is a hand-dyed product.
Avoid using bleach or detergent containing bleach.
After washing, allow it to dry completely.
When fraying occurs, trim the loose horizontal threads, leaving about 5mm of the vertical fringe. Repeat this process several times until the fraying stops.
