Yumeji TAKEHISA (1884-1934)
Yumeji Takehisa was an accomplished and well-regarded painter during the Taisho Period. His Bijinga picture styling is a wonderful representation of Taisho Roman art (a general term used to describe the thoughts and cultural events of Taisho Romanticism style). Yumeji’s work focused on designs for daily life and commercial products. He was truly a revolutionary graphic designer.
