Returns

Did the received items fail to meet your expectations? No worries, You can return them by following 3 steps as below.

Step.1

Make sure you meet the following conditions:

• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Step. 2

• Request return from your customer account page. ( note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.)

Step. 3

• If your return is accepted, you will receive an email from us.
• Once you have paid the indicated return shipping fee, you can download and print a return label.
• Pack the order carefully and attach the label visibly to the package.
• Drop off the ready-to-ship package at the nearest PostNL delivery point.

Once we received and inspected your package, we will process your request and refunds will be made as soon as possible.
