Description
This is something considered to bring good luck if seen in the first dream of the year. There are several famous interpretations for this, such as associating it with Mt. Fuji (immortality), a hawk (rising high), and an eggplant (accomplishment).

By simply inserting this rod into the top and bottom of a tenugui, you can easily create a tapestry.

  • Wash separately from other clothing by hand for the first few washes, as this is a hand-dyed product.
  • Avoid using bleach or detergent containing bleach.
  • After washing, allow it to dry completely.
  • When fraying occurs, trim the loose horizontal threads, leaving about 5mm of the vertical fringe. Repeat this process several times until the fraying stops.
